
The fitness philosophy behind UrbanKick is simple; to maintain good health you need to keep moving! UrbanKick is more than a boot camp - it's a workout program designed to continuously re-program your body for optimal fitness.
We offer outdoor fitness training in a small-group setting. We use a variety of workouts that focus on all aspects of athletic conditioning including: cardio, strength, resistance, stability and flexibility training. UrbanKick fitness classes are held year-round at Lake Merritt in Oakland. You may join at anytime and all fitness levels are welcome.

Each spring we offer a 15 week ½ and full marathon training program designed to build your running endurance and speed. We offer group-supported and paced running groups for runners of all levels. Join for the pure fun-of-it or to train for your first race. Check back in the Spring of 2012 for the next 15 week program!
UrbanKick also offers 1-1 personal training with a certified personal trainer
