Shane Barnard brings over 20 years of teaching experience to her classes and training sessions. Specializing in sports conditioning and utilizing interval, strength and power work in her 1-1 trainings.  Each session focuses on the personal goals of the client with an efficient and exciting program to meet your fitness needs.
