Do I need to have experience to take class or run?
No. The classes are designed to meet different levels of experience, fitness and running abilities. Anyone can join at anytime. Before beginning a program, call or e-mail Shane to discuss your fitness history and goals.
Should I bring anything to class?
No. UrbanKick supplies the weights, resistance bands, TRX and equipment. However some people bring their own weights if they have advanced to heavier weights than what UK provides. Oh and bring water!
What if I have to miss a class or will be away for a period of time?
No worries! People have different schedules and you can use your classes at anytime within the 3 month period. Contact Shane to let her know if you will be unable to use your classes due to vacation, illness etc and she will credit that time forward beyond the 3 months.
What if it’s raining or the weather is lousy?
Unless it is unsafe to train outside, classes will go on! I will only cancel class on a day by day basis due to weather conditions but I will always give you advance notice. But if it’s raining, windy, or drizzling, we usually still workout.
